Material

Fresh curd – 1 cup
Coconut milk – ½ cup
Sugar or honey – 2-3 teaspoons
Cardamom powder – 1 pinch
Ice cubes – 4-5
Grated coconut – 1 teaspoon (for garnish)

Method

  1. First of all add curd and coconut milk in the mixer.
  2. Add sugar or honey in it and blend well.
  3. Now add ice cubes and cardamom powder to it and blend it again.
  4. When the lassi becomes smooth and foamy, take it out in a glass.
  5. Garnish by adding grated coconut on top. Serve chilled coconut lassi immediately and get relief from the heat.
