Use hair wrap
How many of us sleep with our hair covered at night? Probably most of the answers would be no, but if you want to keep your hair healthy and shiny then you should sleep with your hair covered only. For this you can use silk bonnet, hair wrap and silk scarf. Especially if your hair is curly or has good length, then definitely wrap it in silk before sleeping. Actually, your hair gets rubbed while sleeping and due to this, your hair gets more tangled and also becomes frizzy.

There are very few people who buy pillow covers made of silk. We all have covers matching the bedsheets at home, which are mostly cotton. Due to this, your hair looks dry and lifeless and it also gets tangled more, due to which more hair gets broken while combing in the morning. If you want your pillow cover to match the bed sheet, then just apply the silk cover before sleeping at night so that your hair does not get harmed.

You must have also heard in your house that hair should not be combed at night, but if you want to keep your hair healthy, then sleep only after combing it properly. Due to this, they will get less tangled in the morning and they will also break less. After untangling the hair, the loose braid should be braided before sleeping. Do not tie your hair tightly or in a tight ponytail, this causes strain on the roots and damages the hair.
Follow the Pineapple Method
If you do not want to sleep with your hair braided, then you should adopt the pineapple method. In this, all the hair is collected and taken upwards to form a loose braid, due to which your hair becomes like the upper green leafy end of a pineapple. Hair does not get entangled with this. Especially if you have short hair with curls then this method is quite good.
