Lucknow. Uttar Pradesh Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya has made a big attack on Akhilash Yadav. He said that the history of Samajwadi Party has been full of ‘anti-women’ thinking since its inception. Netaji used to openly oppose this bill and now his successor Akhilesh Yadav is doing the ugly politics of ‘left-right’ this time.

Keshav Maurya wrote on social media X, the double character of SP Bahadur Akhilesh Yadav has now been completely ‘exposed’. On one hand, they advocate the implementation of women’s reservation in the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, while on the other hand, when this historic Nari Shakti Vandan Amendment Bill regarding women’s reservation was introduced in the Lok Sabha recently, they became the biggest obstacle in the path of that bill.

If this bill was passed, women would have got their reservation in Lok Sabha and Assembly in 2029. But they used delimitation and census as an excuse to deny women reservation. Now they are upset with yesterday’s election results, especially TMC’s defeat in West Bengal and are trying to ‘mislead’ the mother power by talking about giving women reservation only in 2027. It is clear that it is not just a matter of women empowerment, but of ‘political opportunism’.

Keshav Maurya further wrote, the history of Samajwadi Party has been full of ‘anti-women’ thinking since its inception. Netaji used to openly oppose this bill and now his successor Shri Akhilesh Yadav is doing the evil politics of ‘right-left’ this time. And on such issues his uncles, as always, are ‘neither in three, nor in thirteen.’
