Blue wallet

A blue colored milk packet indicates that it is a ‘toned milk’. This milk is made by reducing the fat content of full-cream milk by adding skimmed milk powder and water. It contains approximately 3.0% fat and 8.5% SNF (Solid Not Fat).

Orange packets

The orange packet has more ‘full cream’ or ‘whole milk’ content. No cream or fat is removed from this milk. It contains 6.0% fat and 9.0% SNF.

Green packets

A green colored milk packet indicates that its fat content has been ‘standardised’ to a certain level. It usually contains 4.5% fat and 8.5% SNF.
