Ranveer Singh’s “Dhurandhar: The Revenge” registered its lowest drop so far on the seventh Monday, earning below Rs 1 crore in net earnings for the first time — that is 0.50. The film recently surpassed the lifetime gross of “Baahubali 2”, dethroning the Prabhas-starrer to become the second-highest global grosser, positioning itself below reigning king “Dangal”.
Its current worldwide total stands at Rs 1,789.52 crore, and aims for a possible Rs 1800 crore milestone next. In domestic gross, it collected Rs 1,363.37 crore, with Rs 426.15 crore in overseas figures. As for net earnings, it collected Rs 1,139.10 crore, showed numbers reported by box office tracker Sacnilk.
These declining numbers are natural considering the film’s run in theatres for close to 50 days, and the dropping show count — from about 11,000 on opening day to a little over 700 on Day 46.
Aside from the worldwide box office victory, the Aditya Dhar directorial has so far broken several other records and attaining several unprecedented milestones during its 2026 theatrical run.
The combined gross of the “Dhurandhar” duology has crossed more than Rs 3,000 crore, making it the highest-grossing franchise in Indian history, surpassing both “Baahubali” and “Pushpa” in combined gross.
The spy blockbuster currently holds the distinction for being the only Indian film in the global top 10 for the year 2026. “Dhurandhar 2” is the first-ever Hindi film to net Rs 1,000 crore in India. This was achieved in just 18 days.
The film got a massive opening with Rs 102.55 crore, combined with the advance sales. Besides, it became the first Hindi film ever to cross Rs. 100 crore in Hyderabad and attained the same mark in Karnataka. Achieving Rs 1,500 crore in worldwide gross in its second week is another milestone.
In North America, it surpassed “Baahubali 2” to become the highest-grossing Indian release ever, while also setting the record as the first to cross $25 million in the region. It now holds the record for the highest-grossing adult-rated Indian film of all time.
It took 45 to 46 days of theatrical run to officially surpass the Rs 1,788.06 crore global lifetime gross of “Baahubali 2”. This achievement was unlocked on its seventh Saturday, officially making it the second-highest-grossing Indian film globally.
