RPSC: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released important updates regarding various recruitment drives. While the Commission has announced the interview schedule for several posts on one hand, it has also provided an opportunity to amend and withdraw applications for certain examinations on the other.
**Interview Schedule Released for Various Recruitment Drives**
According to the Commission Secretary, interviews for the posts of Assistant Professor (History), Assistant Professor (EAFM), and Physical Training Instructor (PTI)—under the College Education Department Recruitment-2023—will commence on May 18, 2026.

Candidates are required to bring a passport-sized color photograph, an original photo-bearing identity card, and both the original copies and photocopies of all academic and other certificates at the time of the interview. Candidates will not be permitted to appear for the interview if they fail to produce the necessary documents.
**Opportunity to Amend Applications**
The Commission has also provided an opportunity to amend applications for the Senior Teacher (Secondary Education Department) Examination-2025 and the Junior Law Officer (Jaipur Development Authority) Examination-2025.
Candidates may make changes to their applications online between May 6 and May 12, 2026. However, changes to the name, father's name, photograph, date of birth, and gender will not be permitted.
A fee of ₹500 has been prescribed for making amendments, which must be deposited via e-Mitra or online banking. This process can be completed through the official RPSC website or the SSO portal.
**Examination Dates and Important Instructions**
The Senior Teacher Examination is scheduled to be held from July 12 to July 18, 2026, while the Junior Law Officer Examination will take place on July 26 and 27, 2026. The Commission has clarified that amendments will be considered valid only if they align with the prescribed eligibility criteria, and offline requests for amendments will not be accepted.
**Facility to Withdraw Applications**
Candidates who have applied despite lacking the requisite eligibility may withdraw their applications between May 6 and May 12, 2026. The Commission has issued a warning stating that submitting an application based on false information constitutes a punishable offense, and such candidates may be debarred from recruitment examinations for a period of one year.
