Ranbir Kapoor's advice to her sister on Bollywood debut
Opening up about the transition, Riddhima admitted that entering the film industry at this stage of life was not easy. In an interview with The Indian Express, she shared that stepping into an unfamiliar world brought a sense of vulnerability, but it was equally filled with excitement. She explained that starting fresh came with its own set of challenges, yet it also gave her a sense of strength and comfort.

That really helped me ease into my performance." According to Riddhima, this guidance played a key role in helping her settle into her performance and approach scenes with more ease.
She also spoke about how she came on board for the film, saying she believes the makers saw a certain honesty and relatability in her personality. While she did not question the decision, she expressed gratitude for the opportunity and the trust placed in her.
Daadi Ki Shaadi not only marks Riddhima’s debut but also adds another chapter to the Kapoor family’s long-standing association with cinema. On Tuesday (May 5), Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor attended the screening of the movie in Mumbai.
