Now teachers and employees working in all the universities and degree colleges of the state will not be able to hide any investigation or disciplinary action going on against them. This entire process is being made public and organized through digital platforms.

Complete information will be recorded on Manav Sampada Portal

The government has directed that details of ongoing vigilance investigations, departmental actions and pending cases against all teachers and employees should be compulsorily uploaded on the Manav Sampada Portal. With this, information to every person’s service will be available at one place and can be easily verified if needed.

Transparency will end irregularities

Earlier, it was seen in many cases that some teachers were included in awards or important committees without proper investigation. In one such case, the department had to face criticism after irregularities came to light. Now, under the new system, the complete background of any teacher or employee can be checked before proposing his/her name for any award or committee.

One Click Verification

After the implementation of this digital system, the concerned authorities will not have to depend on different sources to know the investigation status of any teacher or employee. Verification will be possible in one click based on the information available on the portal, which will make the decision making process faster and transparent.

Tainted people will be banned

The main objective of the government is to ensure that people against whom serious allegations or investigations are underway are kept away from any important responsibility or honor. This will strengthen the credibility of the education system and only deserving people will get opportunities.
