Lucknow: The administrative activities regarding the upcoming 2027 census in Lucknow have gained momentum. On Wednesday, a high-profile review meeting was held under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Vishakh Ji. The primary focus of the meeting was to streamline the 'self-census' process and transform it into a public movement.
District Magistrate Vishakh Ji officially announced that the self-census process will commence at 6 AM on May 7. He instructed officials to make every possible effort to ensure the success of this digital campaign. Special 'help desks' will be established at all major departments and public centers to assist citizens with any technical issues they may encounter.
The District Magistrate emphasized that public participation is crucial for the success of this census initiative. He directed the information department to enhance the campaign's momentum through social media and to conduct awareness programs to engage the general public in this process.
It was clarified during the meeting that registering personal details digitally is not only secure but will also aid in the accurate formulation of future plans.
