Action:

  • To make ginger amla syrup, first of all, peel the ginger. After that, grate the ginger and extract its juice.
  • Wash the amla with water and cut it into fine pieces and put it in a mixer bowl and divide it. Strain the separated mixture and extract amla juice.
  • Heat sugar and water in a pan. Then add prepared amla juice and ginger juice and mix together.
  • Then add lemon juice, salt and after the mixture thickens turn off the flame and cool the prepared mixture.
  • Peel the palm kernels and cut them into fine pieces. Add the prepared amla syrup in a glass and add cold water from the matha.
  • Then add palm pieces and mint leaves and mix.
