Ranveer Singh starrer Dhurandhar: The Revenge made Rs 977 crore in Hindi and Rs 1037 crore at all India level including Rs 60 crore from dubbed versions.
At the worldwide box office, the movie directed by Aditya Dhar and co-starring Sanjay Dutt has collected Rs 1656 crore globally with an unprecedented Rs 412 crore ($43.80 million) overseas.

According to a report in Pinkvilla, Dhurandhar: The Revenge was made on a reported budget of Rs 250 crore (Rs 500 crore budget for both parts).
The Arjun Rampal starrer collected an Indian theatrical share of Rs 464 crore from Hindi and Rs 28 crore from dubbed versions. From overseas, the movies scored a share of Rs 173 crore.
As far as non-theatrical recoveries are concerned, the digital rights were sold for Rs 200 crore, the music rights for 54 crore, and satellite rights for Rs 50 crore.
This takes the total revenue of Dhurandhar: The Revenge to a record-breaking Rs 969 crore.
This is the highest ever for an Indian movie in history beating Rs 700 crore recovery of Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan.
And when it comes to the profit earned by the makers, Dhurandhar: The Revenge was made on Rs 225 crore (cost of production) with Rs 30 crore P&A, Interest and Overheads and a distribution fee of Rs 46 crore. The total expense of Dhurandhar 2 is Rs 301 crore.
This makes the movie’s total profit to Rs 668 crore (Total Revenue minus Total Expense).
Considering Dhurandhar was envisioned as one movie with a total budget of Rs 500 crore, the two movies together have generated total recoveries of Rs 1500 crore and total profit of over Rs 1000 crore for producers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
