The Riva Arora delivery agent incident has become a major topic of discussion online after the actor alleged that she and her family faced verbal harassment during a Blinkit order delivery in Mumbai on April 26. According to Riva, the situation escalated to such an extent that the Mumbai Police had to be contacted for assistance. While speaking about the matter nearly 10 days later, the actor admitted that the experience was upsetting but said she is now trying to move ahead and return to her normal routine.
Riva Arora Delivery Agent Incident: Actress Says Argument Escalated Outside Her HomeSpeaking to Hindustan Times, Riva shared that the incident reportedly began around 3:30 PM when a Blinkit delivery agent arrived at her residence with an order. According to the actor, the interaction quickly turned uncomfortable because of the delivery agent’s behaviour and tone.
Riva alleged that despite trying to respond calmly, the situation continued to worsen. She said her mother, Nisha Arora, stepped in to peacefully handle the matter and calm things down, but the delivery agent allegedly continued behaving disrespectfully.
The actor further claimed that the issue intensified when her sister, Muskan Arora, encountered the delivery agent in the lift while he was leaving the building. According to Riva, the inappropriate language allegedly continued even after the family repeatedly asked him to stop.

Riva Arora alleged that the delivery agent repeatedly used disrespectful and offensive language during the altercation. She claimed the behaviour continued for nearly 30 to 40 minutes, making the family feel increasingly uncomfortable and concerned about the situation.
The actor also stated that after the argument escalated, her family followed the delivery agent downstairs when he attempted to leave the premises. According to her, they tried to stop him from leaving until authorities arrived at the location.
The Blinkit delivery agent harassment case has since sparked widespread conversation online, especially after details of the incident became public.
