Bengaluru: After a week of rains, the city is expected to witness cloudy skies today (Friday), as per the India Meteorological Department (IMD). Read on to know today’s Bengaluru weather forecast and temperature conditions this week.

According to the latest forecast, the city is likely to record a maximum temperature of 34 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 23 degrees Celsius.
Humidity levels are expected to remain moderate, with readings around 70 per cent during the day and 50 per cent later, creating slightly muggy conditions before light rainfall offers temporary relief.
The forecast comes after Bengaluru recorded a maximum temperature of 32.5 degrees Celsius over the past 24 hours, slightly below normal, while no rainfall was officially recorded during the period.

The outlook for the coming days suggests continued cloudy conditions, with light rain likely from tomorrow (May 9) onwards. This could bring some respite from rising temperatures, with daytime highs expected to stay around 35 degrees Celsius.
On May 11, the city is expected to witness partly cloudy skies, with chances of light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by gusty winds reaching speeds of 30–40 kmph.
Weather experts advise commuters to keep umbrellas handy and avoid taking shelter under trees or open structures during lightning activity.
