US Iran Attack Drone Strike: Despite the ongoing ceasefire between America and Iran, tension between the two countries has once again increased significantly. According to the Central Command, the US Navy’s guided-missile destroyer ships were headed towards the Gulf of Oman on May 7. Iran had suddenly launched a huge attack on these peaceful ships passing through the international sea route with many drones and missiles. After this, the American Army, showing alertness, destroyed all the targets from where these dangerous attacks were carried out.

Iran’s air defense system active

Immediately after these strong American attacks, Iran, on alert, has fully activated its modern air defense system in the capital Tehran. According to news agency Mehr, several loud and terrible explosions were also heard in Sirik and Minab cities of Hormozgan province. Iran’s army has expressed strong objection and alleged that America has carried out a major attack on civilian areas in gross violation of the ceasefire.

US President Donald Trump has made an important claim by posting on the social media platform Truth Social that his three destroyer ships have passed safely. He proudly said that the Iranian drones were burnt in the air and were clearly seen falling towards their grave like a dying butterfly. Trump also said that small Iranian boats have also been sunk in the sea and there has been no damage of any kind to American ships.

Iran threatened to retaliate

Top military officials of Iran have openly warned of giving a very strong and befitting reply to this sudden attack by America. Iranian officials also make a big claim that 228 US military facilities have been completely destroyed in their retaliatory air strikes. According to a government news agency of Iran, their air defense has also successfully intercepted and shot down two small enemy drones in Qeshm.

Amidst this rapidly increasing military tension, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has approved a huge arms package worth $ 25.8 billion for West Asia. Along with this, the American Central Command has also shown its strength by releasing a picture of an aircraft flying safely from the USS George AW Bush. A senior official of the Iranian Foreign Ministry said that their Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei is constantly monitoring this serious situation closely.
