Skipper Rishabh Pant and Mitchell Marsh powered Lucknow Super Giants to a thrilling nine-run DLS victory over Royal Challengers Bengaluru in a rain-hit IPL clash in Lucknow.
Marsh smashed a stunning 111, while Pant and Nicholas Pooran chipped in to lift LSG to 209/3 in 19 overs. Chasing 213, RCB suffered early blows, including Virat Kohli’s duck, before Rajat Patidar (61) and Tim David (40) launched a fightback. But Prince Yadav and Shahbaz Ahmed struck at key moments, while Digvesh Singh Rathi defended the final over to seal LSG’s crucial win.
