Pat Cummins praises Sunrisers Hyderabad's clinical display after win over Punjab Kings

Pat Cummins praised Sunrisers Hyderabad for producing a complete team performance in their 33-run win over Punjab Kings in IPL 2026 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium.
Cummins, who picked up 2/40 and won the Player of the Match award, credited SRH’s aggressive batting and disciplined bowling effort. Half-centuries from Ishan Kishan and Heinrich Klaasen helped Hyderabad post a massive 235/4 after early fireworks from Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head.
SRH then struck early with the ball to derail Punjab’s chase, despite an unbeaten 107 from Cooper Connolly, as Hyderabad moved to the top of the points table.
