Adobe takes 1.58 lakh sq ft office space in Noida amid airport-led commercial boom

Adobe has secured a significant 158,000 sq. ft. office space at Max Square in Noida, a move reflecting the city's growing commercial appeal, boosted by the upcoming international airport. This follows AML RightSource's substantial lease earlier this year. Max Estates highlights a 'flight to quality' driving demand for well-equipped workspaces.

New Delhi: Adobe has leased 158,000 sq. ft at Max Square, Noida as office space momentum has picked up in the city following the announcement of opening of Noida international airport.

Earlier this year, AML RightSource leased 157,000 sq. ft. at Max Square to set up one of the largest GCC in Delhi NCR.

Max Estates’ operational commercial developments, including Max Square, Max House and Max Towers, have been 100% leased for over a year.

“The transaction is a result of flight to quality where built environment with ecosystem of spaces, services and amenities that enables holistic wellbeing of its users,” said Rahul Arora, AVP & Head of Leasing, Max Estates.

The company has developed a diversified portfolio of real estate across the two asset classes in Delhi NCR and in this pursuit has partnered with New York Life Insurance Company (NYL).
