Protests Erupt Outside UP Assembly Against Election Commission

Lucknow: In a significant demonstration today, members of the Samajwadi Party gathered outside the Uttar Pradesh Assembly to express their discontent with the Election Commission. The protesters displayed banners prominently featuring the slogan “Democracy Under Attack.” Additionally, they voiced their grievances with chants stating “Democracy has Become a Looting Mechanism.”
Law enforcement officials detained the protesting workers outside the assembly and subsequently transported them to Eco Garden. The primary aim of the protest was to challenge the functioning of the Election Commission and to amplify their voices among the public.
