Jade Holland Cooper returned to Badminton Horse Trials on Thursday for what felt like a true full-circle moment for the British designer. More than 15 years after first launching Holland Cooper at the prestigious equestrian event, she came back not only as an established luxury fashion founder, but as an official sponsor showcasing the brand's newly launched "Legends in Motion" campaign, centred around Olympic gold medallist Laura Collett.

The campaign marks the latest chapter of Holland Cooper's wider "Legend Series" - a concept designed to celebrate "those who lead with purpose, inspire generations, and leave a lasting mark." This new instalment shifts focus toward modern British excellence, spotlighting Laura as one of Britain's most successful event riders.

The 36-year-old famously won team gold for Team GB at the Tokyo Olympics and has become one of the defining names within modern equestrian sport.

In may ways the launch felt perfectly timed. Badminton Horse Trials has long remained one of the biggest fixtures in the British social and equestrian calendar, regularly attracting members of the Royal Family, leading riders and countryside fashion lovers alike.

Queen Camilla herself attended the event on Friday, where she presented rosettes during a special appearance supporting the Ebony Horse Club.

Holland Cooper has steadily cemented itself as one of Britain's most influential heritage fashion brands, loved for its sharp tailoring, rich equestrian influences and timeless approach to craftsmanship. The label has also become a firm favourite among members of the Royal Family over the years.

Princess Catherine has repeatedly championed the brand's structured outerwear and heritage-inspired tailoring, while Zara Tindall and her husband Mike Tindall are regularly spotted wearing the label both on and off the racing circuit.

Zara, 44, herself notably stepped out wearing a Holland Cooper houndstooth cape during the 2016 Badminton trot-up, further cementing the brand's royal-approved status within British fashion circles.

Now, Jade is steering the label into an even more elevated space - one rooted less in fleeting trends and more in enduring British luxury, storytelling and identity.

The "Legends in Motion" campaign was described as "a celebration of endurance, elegance, and excellence - in sport, in business, and in life."

It is difficult to imagine a more fitting partnership. "One built a $90 million fashion empire. The other is an Olympic gold medallist. Both are defined by discipline, resilience, and years of work behind the scenes."

Speaking about the collaboration, Founder & Managing Director Jade Holland Cooper explained: "For me, Laura Collett represents everything about the Holland Cooper woman. Driven. Juggling multiple things. Busy. And needing to look put together for everything she does without having to spend lots of time thinking about it."

Meanwhile, Laura herself perfectly captured the campaign's timeless aesthetic, saying: "Horses and Holland Cooper share a timeless quality. Classic pieces - something that never dates and always feels elegant is my style."

The imagery itself feels cinematic - polished tailoring layered against equestrian backdrops, rich neutral palettes and quietly powerful silhouettes that blur the line between countryside practicality and luxury fashion editorial. And nowhere was that aesthetic more visible than at Badminton itself.

On Thursday, Jade took to social media to offer her 629,000 followers a glimpse inside the immersive Holland Cooper stand, which showcased both the new campaign imagery and the brand's latest collection alongside its signature heritage staples.

She penned: "This year, I wanted to do something a little different... creating a space that felt light, welcoming, and immersive - with the enclosed sides allowing you to fully experience all of the beautiful imagery from our new Legends campaign with the incredible @laura_collett . It's been so special seeing it all come to life this week."

The event, staged within the beautiful grounds of the Badminton Estate in South Gloucestershire, continues until Sunday May 10.
