Rampur. In the matter of quick and quality disposal of public complaints (IGRS) in the state, Rampur district has won the first position in the state for the fourth consecutive time. In the monthly ranking of April 2026 released by the government, Rampur has set a new record by getting an excellent score of 138 out of 140. This fourth position in the ranking is entirely due to the strict instructions and meticulous monitoring of District Magistrate Ajay Kumar Dwivedi. The result is, which has made the district a role model for redressal of complaints in the entire state.

These include time bound marking, keeping the number of defaulters at zero and most importantly disposal of C-category (Chief Minister reference) complaints on priority basis. Rampur has recorded 100 per cent success on all these tough parameters.
