Mp news: The news of the death of a policeman on Friday in Khandwa district of Madhya Pradesh created a sensation. The body of a youth, who has been identified as Honey Singh, was found hanging from a tree near Indore Highway. Hani Singh was posted as constable in Garh police station of Rewa district and was originally a resident of Barwani. The police identified him from the bag and identity card found on the spot, after which there was a wave of mourning among the police department and the family members.
The constable had left for home after taking leave.
Investigation has revealed that Honey Singh was on leave for 5 days from Tuesday. He had left from Rewa to go to his home district Barwani, but instead of reaching his home, his body was found in Padmanagar police station area of Khandwa. This incident, which took place near Vidyakunj School on the highway, has raised many questions as to why he reached Khandwa instead of going to Barwani and what happened to him there.
Mp news: mourning amid happiness
This entire incident has left the family in deep shock, because Honey Singh had got engaged just 20 days ago. There was an atmosphere of happiness and preparation for weddings in the house, which has now turned into mourning. This sudden death has surprised Hani Singh’s friends and the policemen who worked with him.
Police engaged in investigation
Mp news: Khandwa police has taken the body into its custody and sent it for post-mortem and the family members have been informed. At present, no suicide note has been recovered from the spot, from which the reasons for suicide can be known. The police are now interrogating his colleagues and family members in Rewa to establish the real reason and link behind the death.
