Report card from the Knicks’ 108-94 Game 3 win over the 76ers on Friday night at the Xfinity Mobile Arena:
Jalen Brunson
Always has a field day when Joel Embiid is in the game — especially on the road — and Game 3 was no different. Brunson struggled very early — missing five of his first six shots — but recovered to push the Sixers to the brink. He finished with 33 points in 38 minutes.
Grade: A
Karl-Anthony Towns
Can’t stay out of foul trouble and it sabotaged Towns’ Game 3. He logged just 25 minutes and didn’t play particularly well, most notably when the Knicks tried to run the offense through Towns at the start of the fourth quarter. The Knicks are surviving because they’re so much better than the Sixers, but KAT has to be smarter.
