Easy way to make: Step-by-step recipe
1. Blend: First of all, cut the watermelon into small pieces and put it in a blender. Add rose syrup, lemon juice and mint leaves to it and blend it well. Rose syrup takes the taste of watermelon to a different level.
2. Filtering is necessary: After blending, filter the prepared juice through a fine sieve. This is a special tip, because filtering removes small particles of watermelon seeds, otherwise they may taste bitter while eating.
3. Fill in the mold: Now pour this filtered juice into popsicle molds. Keep in mind that do not fill the molds completely till the top, keep a little space empty because the ice expands after freezing.
Right time to freeze in freezer
If your mold has a lid, stick it on and place it directly in the freezer. If there is no lid, keep the juice in the refrigerator for 1 hour and when it becomes slightly thick (semi-frozen), insert a wooden stick into it. Leave these popsicles in the freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight to set completely.
Handy tip: After setting, dip the mold in lukewarm water for a few seconds to take the popsicles out of the mold. With this the ice cream will come out easily without breaking.
