In the year 1962, she was married to E. Raja Rao. After being unable to conceive naturally for many years, she chose In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) after learning about it from a neighbor. The woman in the neighborhood became a mother through this process at the age of 55. Taking inspiration from this, Arramatti chose the option of IVF. After this the couple consulted Dr. Umashankar so that Mangayamma's treatment could proceed.

Hopelessness received from many hospitals

According to Dr. Umashankar, even at that stage of her age she had a strong desire to become a mother. Even after visiting many hospitals, she was not successful in conceiving. She decided to try IVF and contacted us. We were surprised to see his strong will. We did all the medical tests and found that she was medically fit to conceive through IVF. However, there were many challenges in their journey to conceive. Since Mangayamma had gone through menopause, her body had stopped producing eggs. To deal with this problem, help of egg donor was taken.

She became pregnant for the first time through donor eggs and her husband's sperm. Interestingly, she did not have to face any complications during her entire pregnancy. After the birth of the girls, she is taking care of them. However, after the birth of the girls, the husband died at the age of 84 due to a heart attack.
