Generally, when we think of real estate groups, we think of high-rise residential and commercial buildings. However, today a real estate group has come into the headlines for cars. Yes, you read that right. We are talking about a real estate developer from Delhi-NCR which recently announced that they will be gifting its channel partners a Lamborghini, two Mercedes-Maybach SUVs, Range Rovers, and multiple Mercedes-Benz SUVs and sedans.

The video showing the Mercedes-Maybach, Range Rovers, and Mercedes-Benz cars on display at an event organized by a real estate group in Noida has been shared on Instagram by So Ghaziabad on their page. It starts off with captions mentioning that recently Gaurs Group, which is one of the largest real estate developers in Delhi-NCR, has announced that it will be gifting its channel partners luxury cars.

Soon after this, the video then shows the luxury cars on display. These include a white Mercedes-Benz GLS, a white E-Class, a white GLE, and a black GLA luxury SUV. Apart from these, the video then also shows that on the same display was a red-colored Mercedes-Maybach GLS600 and a white Range Rover Sport. All of these cars were displayed with a red bow on top.

Although seeing a Maybach and these other luxury cars was already impressive enough, there is even bigger news. Gaurs Group is not just giving away one red Mercedes-Maybach GLS600. Instead, it is giving away two Maybach GLS600 luxury SUVs, and the other one is finished in the classy shade of Polar White. Both of these Maybachs combined cost over Rs 5.5 crore.

Now, what will blow your mind away is that this particular real estate group is also giving away a Lamborghini Urus SE worth Rs 4.5 crore as well. Yes, they will be giving one of their channel partners a Lamborghini Urus SE finished in Arancio (orange color). This super SUV comes equipped with a 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbo petrol engine along with a hybrid powertrain.

This engine alone produces 632 PS and 800 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the electric motor generates 192 PS and 483 Nm of torque. Together, this setup produces a combined output of 800 PS and 950 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to an automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels.

Additionally, the video also shows another line of Mercedes-Benz luxury cars which includes a Mercedes-Benz GLC, 2 CLAs, 2 GLAs, and 3 GLEs. Lastly, the video shows that the company will also be gifting a Range Rover Autobiography worth Rs 2.5 crore. In total, all of these cars combined cost roughly around Rs 30+ crore.

As mentioned above, these luxury cars will be gifted to the channel partners of Gaurs Group, which organised this mega event. These cars will most likely be gifted to the real estate agents and other partners of the company who bring a lot of sales. Now, what exactly will be the criteria to win these cars has not been revealed.

For those who may not be aware, Gaurs Group is one of the most successful real estate developers in Delhi-NCR. They have over 75+ projects and have an annual revenue of Rs 4,500 to Rs 5,500 crore. They have recently announced that they will be developing the first 5-star hotel on the Yamuna Expressway along with a shopping mall and other commercial buildings.
