Two arrested for smuggling 250 kg ganja hidden inside poultry feed

Anekal: Jigani police have arrested two persons for allegedly smuggling 250 kg of ganja worth around Rs 1.25 crore by hiding it among poultry feed packets in a lorry.
According to police, the accused were transporting the ganja from Odisha to Karnataka in a manner similar to scenes shown in the movie “Pushpa.” The contraband was packed in small bundles and concealed between loads of poultry feed inside the truck.
Police seized the ganja and arrested the two accused in connection with the case.
