Openers Shubman Gill (84) and Sai Sudharsan (55) laid the foundation for Gujarat’s imposing 229/4 with a commanding opening stand. In reply, Rajasthan made a flying start through teenager Vaibhav Sooryavanshi (36), but the chase collapsed dramatically after the powerplay.
Rashid Khan turned the game with a brilliant 4/33, while Jason Holder cleaned up the tail with 3/12, bowling Rajasthan out for 152 in 16.3 overs.
