Savannah Guthrie has made a heartfelt public request for assistance in locating her missing mother, Nancy Guthrie, as she commemorated Mother's Day. In an Instagram post shared on Sunday, Savannah included a collection of family videos and photos, expressing her deep longing for her mother, who vanished in February. She wrote, "Mother, daughter, sister, Nonie -- we miss you with every breath. We will never stop looking for you. We will never be at peace until we find you."

Savannah also called on anyone with information regarding her mother's disappearance to reach out to law enforcement. "We need help. Someone knows something that can make the difference," she urged. "Call 1800CALLFBI. You can remain anonymous, and the reward is still available." She concluded her message with a plea for prayers, saying, "Please keep praying. Bring her home."

This emotional appeal followed a supportive message from her husband, Michael Feldman. Nancy Guthrie, aged 84, has been missing since February 1, when authorities suspect she was taken from her residence in Tucson, Arizona. The Pima County Sheriff's Department is leading the investigation.

Recently, the department caused some confusion online by posting an update that stated, "Nancy has been located," which referred to another missing person with the same first name, leading some to mistakenly believe Savannah's mother had been found. No significant updates have been provided regarding Nancy's current whereabouts.

The case has attracted the attention of criminal profiling specialists featured in a documentary aired by a media channel. Forensic psychologist Gary Brucato suggested that the crime scene might have been staged. He stated, "It's entirely possible that she was eliminated elsewhere, and someone else goes to the house and makes it look like she was taken from the home." If this theory holds, it could imply a more organized perpetrator behind the incident.

The FBI has previously released footage showing a masked individual near Guthrie's home, seemingly trying to conceal his identity while tampering with a security camera. Dr. Brucato noted that the suspect appeared unusually calm in the video. "The person at the door has this remarkable coolness under pressure; it makes me wonder if she's already deceased, and he's staging the scene," he remarked. "The person has no reason to be nervous; it's already over."
