Waris Pathan on Nashik TCS Case: AIMIM national spokesperson Waris Pathan has given his reaction on Nashik TCS case and TVK chief actor Vijay taking oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. During this he also said that Muslims are being persecuted in the country. On the arrest of the company’s HR and main accused Nida Khan in the Nashik TCS case, Waris Pathan said, the aim of our party has always been to stand with the innocent and the victims. If there had been a Hindu sister in place of Nida Khan, we would have considered her innocent. I have always stood with the innocent and the law.
Atrocities against Muslims
Talking about the situation of Muslims in the country, Waris Pathan said, we have been seeing such atrocities against Muslims for a long time. Only hatred is being spread against Muslims. We see it every day. He further said that atrocities against Muslims are still being seen in West Bengal.
BJP, TMC or any other party which is involved in such violence. It is the responsibility of the central government administration to stop it. Earlier, Waris Pathan had said, everyone knows what was happening in Bengal, there was complete breakdown of law and order. I was present in Bengal because our party was contesting elections on 11 seats there.
Girl declared terrorist
Questioning the arrest of Nida Khan, AIMIM national spokesperson Waris Pathan further said, I believe that everyone should follow the rules of law. Now Nida Khan has been arrested. The matter is under consideration. Do you know what the law says? Any person is considered innocent until proven guilty by a court. A person is innocent until a court pronounces its verdict. A girl has been declared a terrorist through a trial.
There should be investigation on the role of AIMIM
On Minister Sanjay Shirsat demanding a probe into the role of AIMIM in the TCS case, Waris Pathan said, the matter is sub-judice and pending in the court. The entire media is kind of prosecuting them and terming them as terrorists. This is completely wrong. According to law, a person is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Nida Khan hiding in AIMIM leader’s house
A serious case came to light in March-April in the country’s leading IT company TCS in Nashik. The company’s HR and employees were seriously accused of forced religious conversion, sexual exploitation, workplace misconduct and mental harassment. 9 FIRs were registered in the case. 7-8 employees had been arrested by the police, while the main accused Nida Khan was absconding. On May 7, he was arrested from Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. She was there at the time of arrest. Political allegations and counter-allegations had intensified on this.
