The entire incident was captured on a nearby CCTV camera, and the footage is now circulating widely on social media.
Reports indicate that Navdeep, the five-year-old son of local resident Manish, was playing near his home around 9:20 AM. While playing, he climbed on a large iron gate in the neighborhood and began to swing on it. Suddenly, the gate's latch broke, causing the heavy structure to fall directly on the child, completely trapping him underneath.

After considerable effort, they managed to lift the heavy gate and free the child, but tragically, Navdeep had already lost his life before reaching the hospital.
