Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan’s horror-comedy Bhooth Bangla continues its successful run at the box office even after completing more than three weeks in theatres. Released on April 17, the film has emerged as one of the biggest Hindi hits of 2026 and is still attracting audiences despite fresh competition from new releases.
As per reports by Sacnilk, Bhooth Bangla collected around ₹1.35 crore on Day 25. With this, the film’s total India net collection has reached approximately ₹160.10 crore, while the India gross collection stands close to ₹189.97 crore. The overseas gross collection is estimated at ₹53.15 crore, taking the worldwide total to nearly ₹243.12 crore.
Directed by Priyadarshan, the film stars Akshay Kumar alongside Paresh Rawal, Tabu and Wamiqa Gabbi. The movie received mixed critical reviews but gained strong support from family audiences due to its blend of comedy, horror and nostalgia.
Trade analysts believe the film is likely to remain stable in the coming days, especially with positive word-of-mouth continuing in mass circuits and multiplexes alike.
