In a shocking turn of events in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, a young man named Aman, along with his accomplices, allegedly stole a human skull from a cremation pyre. This incident occurred in the area under the jurisdiction of the local police station, and the suspects were apprehended based on CCTV footage.
During police interrogation, Aman revealed that he was influenced by a sorcerer named Avadhesh Sharma, who promised to resolve his domestic issues and reunite him with his girlfriend. Trusting this claim, Aman sought the sorcerer's help.
Tragic Death Leads to Disturbing Discovery
Authorities reported that a 16-year-old student named Shubanshu passed away after a prolonged illness at a private hospital in Meerut. His cremation took place on Sunday at the local crematorium in Lodhpura village.
Later, family members noticed that a part of the skull was missing from the pyre. Upon reviewing the CCTV footage, three individuals were seen leaving the scene on a moped. Police confirmed that the body had been completely cremated, and the suspects only took bones and ashes.
Unrequited Love Fuels the Crime
Station Officer Neeraj Kumar stated that Aman was arrested based on the footage. During questioning, it became clear that he was infatuated with a girl and sought to manipulate her and her family through supernatural means.
Aman confessed that the sorcerer had assured him of resolving his problems and facilitating a reunion with his girlfriend. The police are also interrogating Avadhesh Sharma, from whom several photographs of individuals have been recovered. The investigation is ongoing.
