According to reports, Suraj Nambiar is a Dubai-based investment banker who comes from a business and engineering background. He reportedly completed his B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from R.V. College of Engineering before pursuing further studies in Investment Science and International Management at Stanford University.

Before moving into finance full-time, Suraj is believed to have briefly interned with Ashoka India and later worked in engineering and business development roles. Over the years, he gradually established himself within the financial sector and reportedly held a leadership position connected to capital markets in the UAE around the time he married Mouni in 2022.

Reports have also estimated his net worth to be between ₹50 crore and ₹60 crore, though there has been no official confirmation regarding the figures.

Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar tied the knot in Goa on January 27, 2022, in the presence of close friends and family members. Their wedding celebrations included both Bengali and Malayali rituals, reflecting the cultures of both families.

At the time, pictures and videos from the ceremonies went viral online, with fans praising everything from Mouni’s bridal looks to the couple’s chemistry. Over the years, the two were frequently seen vacationing together and attending industry parties, often sharing glimpses of their life on social media.

That is also why the recent Instagram activity surrounding them immediately grabbed public attention. However, despite the ongoing speculation, neither of them has addressed the divorce rumours publicly as of now.

Even as conversations around her personal life continue online, Mouni Roy appears occupied with professional commitments. The actress is reportedly working on a new project, although details surrounding the film have largely been kept under wraps.
