Looking for ways to evolve Togetic? Follow the guide to know how you can evolve this amazing Pokémon and add it to your collection. Here is how you can do it like a pro.
About Togetic
Togetic is popular for being a fascinating little creature! This Pokémon runs on pure kindness, and that’s what makes it so amazing. It’s known as the Happiness Pokémon because it spends its time flying around looking for people with pure hearts. If it finds someone who is genuinely kind and selfless, it showers them with joy dust, often called happiness powder. Another peculiar feature it holds is that it barely ever flaps its wings. It mostly just floats through the air by harnessing all the positive energy it has collected. It is truly one of a kind!
Steps to evolve Togetic
If you want to evolve Togetic as a Pokémon, follow the guide to know how you can do so.
- First, you need to get your hands on a Shiny Stone. This is a specific evolutionary item, and you will not find it very early in the game. Although you can often find them hidden away in rocky areas, inside caves, or even sometimes as rewards for winning some mini-games. Therefore, just keep exploring your options.
- Once the stone is in your bag, you can open your inventory and select it.
- Here, choose the option to use the item. The important part is to correctly select Togetic from your party list.
- To fulfill what you intend, evolution will trigger immediately. Unlike many other Pokémon, the stone is the only requirement here, and no levelling up is required.
- But we can still suggest one thing. Togekiss is very powerful, but it learns moves differently. So, make sure your Togetic knows enough before actually evolving it.
Where is Togetic found?
To evolve Togetic, you must have one in the first place. But it is actually quite rare to find it directly in the wild. For most of the series, from the Johto games through Sinnoh and Kalos, your only real way to get one is by evolving a Togepi through high friendship. Keep doing the regular things you do to be good friends with your Pokémon.
However, if you’re playing Sword and Shield, you can spot them in the Stony Wilderness or Lake of Outrage during heavy fog. In Legends: Arceus, you can actually see them flying high in the sky over the Crimson Mirelands. If you want to catch them there, special balls are needed.
