For this, a high-level committee of senior officers has been formed, which will prepare the outline for recruitment and reservation in various departments.

In principle approval received in high level meeting

During an important meeting held in Chandigarh, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann gave in-principle approval to this proposal. The Chief Minister said that the fire fighters have made important contribution in the service of the country and now it is the responsibility of the state government to make their future secure. He also clarified that the policy will not be limited to employment only, but will also be made keeping in mind the social and economic rehabilitation of the youth.

You may get a chance in these departments

The committee constituted by the government will work on the possibilities of appointment of Agniveer in various government departments.
