Revenue from operations increased 73.6% to ₹1,237 Cr from ₹712.4 Cr in the same period last year
Including other income of ₹15.5 Cr, total income stood at ₹1,242.6 Cr during the period under review
ShadowFax turned profitable in the fourth quarter of the financial year ending March 2026 (Q4 FY26), reporting a consolidated net profit of ₹55.8 Cr as against a net loss of ₹9.9 Cr in the year-ago period. Sequentially, profit increased multifold from ₹3.5 Cr.
Revenue from operations increased 73.6% to ₹1,237 Cr from ₹712.4 Cr in the same period last year. On a QoQ basis, it increased 6.7% from ₹1,159.7 Cr.
Including other income of ₹15.5 Cr, total income stood at ₹1,242.6 Cr during the period under review.
Meanwhile, total expenses grew 64.2% to ₹1,197.7 Cr in Q4 FY26.
