Moradabad :- Today, the police has revealed the sensational incident in which a brass businessman’s family was held hostage and robbery of more than one crore rupees worth of cash and jewelery was carried out in Nagfani police station area of ​​Moradabad, three days ago. Police have arrested a total of 5 people including the businessman’s daughter and her lover. More than Rs 47 lakh in cash, two cars used in the robbery and other items have also been recovered from their possession.

At 3 am on May 11, in the house of a brass businessman resident of Akbar Compound, Moradabad, the entire family was taken hostage at gunpoint and cash worth Rs 1 crore 20 lakh and some jewelery kept in the house was looted. As soon as the nearby people and the police came to know about the incident, this incident of robbery created a stir in the city. It came to light that the digital lock installed in the house had to be carefully opened with the key. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, ADG Bareilly John Ramit Sharma had also reached the spot. When the police formed several teams and started the investigation, they were stunned and the connection of robbery started with Arshad Warsi, the lover of the businessman’s daughter. When the police interrogated both of them strictly, the entire incident came to light. On the basis of which the police arrested three other associates of Arshad who were involved in the robbery and also recovered both the cars used in the robbery with cash worth more than Rs 47 lakh from them.

Why did the incident happen along with the daughter’s lover:-

Arrested accused Arshad Warsi told during interrogation that he was having an affair with the daughter of his victim Imran for the last 8 to 9 years. Imran did not want to marry his daughter with Arshad. Because both of them had different castes. Imran’s daughter had told her boyfriend Arshad Warsi that her father is a prosperous businessman and there is always a lot of cash kept in his house. He had complete information about the coming and going of money in the house. Due to this greed, he planned that if he gets this money, he can live a good life. In this regard, Imran’s daughter kept giving complete information about the house to the accused from time to time. He had given the keys of the house to Arshad Warsi about a month before the incident and had also assured to open the main gate when he reached home on the day of the incident. Believing in this plan, Arshad contacted Kuldeep, Kuldeep contacted Ravi, Ravi talked to Nikki, Nikki contacted his friend Aditya. Aditya came along with him, Biddu and 3 to 4 unknown persons with planning and when they got the right opportunity, the miscreants entered the house in a planned manner at night and carried out this sensational incident of robbery.
