Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma Recuses Herself From Delhi Excise Policy Case

Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma on Thursday recused herself from hearing the Delhi excise policy case after issuing contempt of court notices in the matter. The judge said that since contempt proceedings had been initiated, the case would now be placed before another bench of the Delhi High Court.
