How to make delicious dry vegetables?

First of all, peel the raw banana, cut it into small pieces and boil it lightly. Now heat oil in the pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies to it.

After this add onion and fry till it becomes light golden. Then add turmeric, coriander powder and remaining spices. Now add boiled bananas, mix well and cook on low flame for a few minutes.

Finally add some lemon juice on top. Your delicious raw banana dry curry is ready.
