Mitchell Marsh completes century of IPL sixes: Key stats

Star Australian cricketer Mitchell Marsh has hit a major milestone in the Indian Premier League (IPL) by smashing his 100th six in the competition.

The Lucknow Super Giants opener reached the milestone with his very first maximum against Chennai Super Kings at the Ekana Cricket Stadium on Friday.

Over 60 of his sixes have come in LSG colors. Here we look at his stats.

Marsh, who made his IPL debut way back in 2010, took just 67 matches and 61 innings to hit his 50th six, as per ESPNcricinfo.

His tally includes over 1,670 runs at an average of 27-plus and a strike rate of over 144.

The Australian dasher has touched the 50-run mark 12 times, converting two of them into centuries.

Over 60 of Marsh's sixes have come in 25 outings for LSG. Only Nicholas Pooran (114-plus) has hammered more sixes for the franchise.

Overall, he has scored over 1,000 runs for LSG at an average of 40-plus and a strike rate of 158-plus. This tally includes seven fifties and two tons.

In IPL 2026, Marsh has gone past 380 runs while striking at 150-plus.
