Famous singer, Keneeshaaa Francis, has been in the headlines after she shared two videos talking about her past. She also explained the nature of her relationship with actor Ravi Mohan, as she continuously received backlash for it from the supporters of his estranged wife, Aarti Ravi. For the unversed, when Ravi Mohan announced that he was parting ways with his wife, Aarti, in 2024, it turned into a major controversy. Keneeshaa was dragged in their rift and received major backlash from people as she was called a home-breaker. Now, Keneesha shared an emotional note and claimed to be leaving Chennai.

For the unversed, Keneeshaa stayed by Ravi Mohan's side when he decided to end his marriage. Recently, Keneesha was in the headlines when she performed at Meenkulathi Bagavathi Temple, and Ravi joined her, giving her a warm hug. Afterwards, some reports claimed that Keneesha made a remark about Ravi's estranged wife, Aarti.

After receiving major backlash for their recent stint, Keneesha received a lot of hate as Ravi Mohan was yet to be divorced. Later, she shared two-part videos talking about how she met Ravi as a healer, and how they soon became friends. She clarified that she wasn't the reason behind his broken marriage or keeping him away from his family. Later, she claimed that her Instagram was hacked, and she never commented on Aarti.

Keneeshaa Fracis shared a long note on giving up and leaving Chennai

It seems like Keneeshaa has broken up with Ravi Mohan. On May 15, 2026, Keneeshaa shared a long note on her Instagram handle. She claimed that she walked into this story with a lot of love but walks out of it with silence. She added that she gave her all to protect a human being. Her note can be read as:

"Dear all, I have said more than I should and could and most of it was unnecessary as well. I walked into this story with love. I walk out of it with silence. Some places become so consumed by noise, ego, judgment and manufactured narratives that goodness no longer has room to breathe there. And when that happens, even love begins to feel unwelcome. I have given pieces of myself trying to protect a human being the world had already decided a story for."

Keneeshaa further addressed the film industry and stated that those who like and dislike him can have him completely. She is no more defending and no more fighting battles that were never hers to fight. She wrote:

"To the public, the cinema industry, the commentators, the people who love him, dislike him, defend him, mock him, or claim ownership over his life - he is now all yours. There will be no more explanations. No more defending. No more fighting battles that were never mine to carry in the first place. I was stupid to think that good people needed a chance to live and support in that realm is the best one can do. But I understand, that this place is only for liars, cheaters, manipulators and life extorters."

Keneeshaa further mentioned that she is releasing him with peace, love and complete detachment. She added that she is leaving Chennai and has given up on her music, therapy and everything that mattered to her. She concluded her note by writing:

"Man can break what God creates I guess. Online bullying, manipulation and sorcery is what I leave because of. And with that, I am logging off Instagram and all social profiles as well until God wins. I ask all my friends, family and well wishers to give me the privacy I need. As of today: Feminism, you won. Happiness, you lost. Love and Light. Keneeshaa Francis."
