The UK is in for a hot weather blast with up to 26C to be seen in some parts of the country. Brits can get ready to head to the beach on May 22, when maps show temperatures will be heating up. According to the latest Met Office maps, the warmest temperature will be seen in London at around 4pm on May 22.
As for the rest of England, it will be around 25C in Manchester, 21C in Plymouth, 24C in Birmingham and 23C in Newcastle. The hottest temperatures will largely be in England, but Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland will also experience mild climates.
In Scotland, it will be around 18C in Aberdeen, 22C in Glasgow, 20C in Fort William and 22C in Edinburgh.

In Wales, temperatures will range from 20C to 24C, with the hottest climates being in Wrexham and Newton.
As for Northern Ireland, it will be 20C for most places, with a slightly lower temperature of 17C in Castlewellan.
The Met Office long-range weather forecast for Wednesday, May 20, to Friday, May 29, says: Changeable conditions are expected at first, with low pressure often close by to the north of the UK, bringing rain and showers.
"However, high pressure from the south is expected to quickly start to build near to the UK towards the Bank Holiday weekend, bringing some fine and dry conditions, with temperatures rising accordingly for some.
"Thereafter, high pressure is expected to broadly remain the dominant influence across much of the UK, with spells of fine weather.
"Low pressure will be positioned to the north, and will at times allow some rain or showers to cross the country.
"Overall across the period, temperatures are expected to be above normal with winds often light for many."
