‘Don’t marry at a young age’

In a conversation with YouTuber and host Lilly Singh, Shefali said that young girls should not get married in a hurry. He said, “Don’t get married when you yourself are a child. Meet people, understand them and then take a decision. If you believe in marriage then do it, but it requires a lot of hard work.” Shefali believes that marriage should not be taken lightly and it is right to make a commitment only after becoming emotionally mature.

‘It is better to raise dogs than children’

During the conversation, when Lily Singh told that she is 37 years old and is not married yet, Shefali expressed her opinion in a funny but open manner. She said, “I am going to get trolled a lot on this matter, but children, don’t do this… get better dogs than this.” Shefali said that dogs are the best companions in human life who give unconditional love.

Shefali also spoke on the changing times of TV industry

Some time ago, Shefali had also expressed her opinion on the changes in the TV industry. He said that earlier TV shows used to have a fixed story and ending, but now TRP has become more important than content. He said, “Earlier there used to be good stories, characters had an arc. Now if TRP is not there then the story is changed or the characters are eliminated.”

Shefali’s personal life

Shefali Shah was previously married to TV actor Harsh Chhaya, but the couple separated after four years. After this, in the year 2000, she married filmmaker Vipul Amrutlal Shah. Both have two sons – Aryaman and Maurya. Shefali also has two pet dogs, named Ash and Simba. She often shares pictures and videos with him on social media.

What is Shefali doing in professional life?

Talking about the work front, Shefali was recently seen in the third season of Delhi Crime. In this series she played the role of DIG Vartika Chaturvedi. Huma Qureshi, Rasika Dugal, Rajesh Tailang, Sayani Gupta and Mita Vashisht were also seen with him in this show. This series is streaming on Netflix. Apart from this, there are reports that Shefali will soon be seen in Love & War. Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal will be in lead roles in this film of Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
