Cannabis worth Rs 20 lakh seized at Yeshwanthpur railway station

Bengaluru: A team of excise officials from the North Division seized 13.41 kg of cannabis worth around Rs 20 lakh during an operation at the Yeshwanthpur Railway Station.
According to the Excise Department, officials were conducting inspections at the railway station when they found the cannabis. It is suspected that the accused fled the spot after abandoning the bag containing the contraband.
Officials are collecting information regarding the people involved in supplying the cannabis and the destination where it was being prepared for transport.
