Tamil actor Ravi Mohan has once again become the centre of media attention due to developments in his personal life, following renewed speculation around his relationship with rumoured partner, singer Keneeshaa Francis. Reports of tension surfaced after Keneeshaa’s emotional social media post led to widespread breakup rumours online, triggering fresh public curiosity. On Saturday (May 16), the actor addressed the media in a press conference where he stated that he is taking a break from acting until his divorce proceedings are completed.

He also spoke about his ongoing separation from his estranged wife, Aarti Ravi, making serious allegations regarding emotional distress and claiming that he has faced mental pressure involving her family during the divorce process. He said, "They are not letting me meet my sons. My sons are being assisted by bodyguards. I entered marriage against the will of my parents. I am paying the price now for doing that. Losing his cool in front of the camera, Ravi said that his ex-wife allegedly blackmailed him. He claimed that Aarti even cut her hand and pressured him into marriage. He added that only under such circumstances did he agree to marry her. He further stated that he has been living a hellish life since day one.

Confirming his breakup, Ravi stated that he lost Keneeshaa due to cyberbullying, adding that she left him because of the online harassment she faced. He shared that he only wants her to be happy wherever she is. He also acknowledged that Keneeshaa stood by him during his difficult times

Aarti Ravi Controlled His Finances
The actor also claimed that while he was married to Aarti, she controlled his finances through a joint bank account and demanded explanations for every expense he made. He shared that his parents were against his relationship with Aarti and said that to date, he does not have a single personal bank account. He added that he only had one account, which was a joint one.
If he withdrew even a small amount, he would immediately receive a call. He further stated that he suffered in silence despite being the one earning. His parents had begged him not to get married, but he refused to listen. Today, he says he is suffering.
