Material

  • Boil 2 cups of mango
  • 2 cups milk powder
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of ghee
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Cardamom powder

  • First of all, heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan and add mango ghee to it. Return to medium heat for a few minutes.
  • Now add sugar to it and keep stirring the mixture continuously. Let the sugar dissolve completely.
  • Add milk powder and milk little by little and knead the mixture without lumps.
  • When the mixture starts to thicken, add cardamom powder. Keep stirring until the mixture starts to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  • Spread this mixture evenly in a greased tray.
  • Add dry fruits on top and press gently and allow the mixture to cool completely.
  • Once set, cut into squares or diamond shapes as desired and serve.
