Gurugram-based logistics services provider Delhivery has elevated six senior executives to C-suite roles as the company looks to strengthen its leadership team amid expansion across business verticals. The company said in a stock exchange filing that the appointments are effective immediately.
Varun Bakshi has been named chief sales officer and will lead direct and cross-selling initiatives across Delhivery’s business lines and customer segments.
Vikas Kapoor has been appointed chief strategy officer and will be responsible for long-term strategy, identifying growth opportunities and driving cross-functional alignment.
Arun Bagavathi has been appointed chief operating officer for network operations. He will oversee the performance and efficiency of Delhivery’s logistics network, including network operations, fleet management and control tower functions.
Prashant Gazipur has been named chief operating officer for in-city operations. He will lead city-level operations strategy, including the expansion of last-mile franchise pickup and drop operations.
Nikhil Ummat has been elevated to chief operating officer for engineering and automation. He will be responsible for the company’s engineering and automation infrastructure strategy, including initiatives related to robotics and drones.
Sunny Raja has been appointed chief procurement officer and will oversee procurement, capital expenditure strategy, partner management and commercial optimisation.
The leadership changes come as Delhivery continues to scale operations across its express parcel, part truckload and full truckload businesses.

Meanwhile, the company, which had been undertaking a restructuring of its board, announced that it has appointed Kabir Ahmed Shakir, former CFO at Tata Communications as an independent director, replacing former IndusInd Bank CEO Romesh Sobti, who retired from the position.
Over the past six to eight months, Delhivery has appointed PB Fintech cofounder Yashish Dahiya, Emcure Pharmaceuticals's wholetime director Namita Thapar, Boat cofounder Sameer Mehta, and former HP Enterprises senior India executive Neelam Dhawan on its board. Dhawan was also named the company's chairperson, replacing Deepak Kapoor who stepped down from the board effective April 1.
Saugata Gupta, MD and CEO of FMCG company Marico, who joined Delhivery’s board as an independent director in 2021, also stepped down recently.
