Long validity without data: Know the benefits of Rs 439 plan

This new Rs 439 recharge from BSNL is completely a voice-only prepaid plan. In this, customers get the freedom to make unlimited calls on any network for local and STD calling. The company has clarified that this facility will be applicable on both Home LSA (Local Service Area) and National Roaming. This also includes MTNL network areas of Mumbai and Delhi, where roaming charges or restrictions are often seen in other government plans. A total of 300 free SMS are also being given to the customers in this entire 80 day cycle.

Daily expense only Rs 5.49, relief to secondary SIM users

According to telecom sector experts, the daily effective cost of this plan is approximately Rs 5.49. After the recent tariff hike by private telecom companies in the market, this plan is proving to be extremely affordable for those who just want to keep their phone on or have heavy calling activity. However, customers need to keep in mind that no internet data is included in this plan. For online classes or video calls, users will have to choose a separate data voucher or go for other combo plans of BSNL.

Impact on general public: Should you choose this plan?

If you are looking for recharge for the elders in your house who do not need internet, then this plan suits you best. Additionally, for those who use BSNL as their secondary SIM and want to keep incoming-outgoing only, this is the cheapest option for 80 days. But if your priority is daily data, online reels, or work from home, then you will have to take separate data top-up with this plan. The company is rapidly installing its new 4G towers in various circles across the country, due to which the problem of call drops is also improving.
