Britain's longest, outdoor tube slide is due to open in days and it looks like a lot of fun. Thrill-seekers will be able to launch themselves down the slide at Zip World in Heaton Park, Manchester, from May 22.
For adults and children aged four plus, the attraction is made up of a 77 metre slide and a second measuring 88 metres down which punters can hurtle on a doughnut shaped ring. The tubing slide weaves its way through the park in a family-friendly experience lasting about an hour.
The ride should be ready for May half term, with a number of admission offers available on Zip World's website.
Zip World Chief Exec, Andrew Hudson, said: "Forest Tubing is a fun highenergy experience that the whole family can enjoy.
