The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released a new and revised schedule for several key recruitment examinations slated to take place in the coming months.
In this new timetable released by the Commission, specific dates have been finalized for various examinations scheduled from May through December. Candidates had been awaiting the examination calendar for a long time. Now that the new dates have been announced, aspirants will be able to plan their preparation more effectively.
**Assistant Registrar Recruitment Exam to be Held on May 17**
According to the new MPPSC schedule, the Assistant Registrar Recruitment Examination will be the first to be conducted, taking place on May 17. A total of 12 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive. Seats within this total have been reserved for various categories. According to the Commission, approximately 12,000 candidates are expected to appear for this examination. Preparations for the recruitment exam have been largely completed, and candidates' admit cards are expected to be issued shortly.
**Examination Centers Established in These Cities**
For the Assistant Registrar Recruitment Examination, test centers have been established in four major cities across the state. Candidates will be able to take the examination in Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, and Gwalior. The examination will be conducted in offline mode, and candidates will be required to mark their answers on an OMR sheet. The Commission has also clarified that negative marking will be applicable in the examination; that is, marks will be deducted for incorrect answers.

The MPPSC has also issued certain essential guidelines regarding the examination. The Commission has stated that all candidates must reach their respective examination centers at least one hour prior to the commencement of the exam. The first phase is scheduled for July 12, while the second phase will be held on August 2. The third phase will take place on August 30, and the fourth phase will be conducted on October 18. Examinations for various subjects will be held during each phase.

The month of September is set to be crucial for MPPSC candidates. The State Service Main Examination 2026 will be conducted from September 7 to September 12. This examination is counted among the largest and most prestigious examinations in the state. Additionally, the Assistant Town Planner Examination and the Ayurveda Specialist Examination will be held on September 20, while the State Forest Service Main Examination will be conducted on September 27.
**Exam Season to Continue Through October and November**
Several key recruitment examinations will continue to be held throughout October and November. The Internal Audit Officer Examination is scheduled for October 4. Following this, the Assistant District Public Prosecution Officer Examination will be conducted on October 18. The fourth phase of the Assistant Professor Examination will also take place on the same day. Meanwhile, in November, the Assistant Director (Farmer Welfare) Examination will be held on the 22nd. A decision has also been taken to conduct the examination for the posts of Scientific Officer on this very day.
